My name is Pujeh
It means “the seeker” — and for a long time, that was exactly my identity.
“What is the meaning of life?”
“Where do I find happiness — and how can I hold on to it?”
“When will I finally arrive?”
“How can I escape what keeps happening to me?”
Driven by high expectations and the fear of missing the right door, I searched relentlessly — overlooking that what I was seeking had been there all along.
Over time, I understood: arriving is not a place or a state. It is an inner attitude. I am a student on a journey — and everything I encounter belongs to it. Even what I may not immediately understand or wish to accept.
My path included an unstable childhood — war, an emotionally abusive father, starting over in a foreign country, financial hardship, detours, and divorce.
Today I know:
The present moment is the soil of my future.
My reality is created here — not later.
There is no happy future if I do not learn to be happy now.
Sometimes I think, “If only I had known this earlier.”
But then I remind myself: I had to learn my strengths and my needs in the school of life — and that was my path. And it will continue to be.
Today I follow my heart — and let my mind advise me.
I move through life with greater clarity, stability, and awareness.
I trust myself and my path.
I act with intention.
I move forward with courage.
And this is exactly what I want to support you with:
Recognizing your own path.
Living your truth.
Unfolding — and becoming the master of your life.
So that you can fly.
I am a multifaceted person. I love to experiment and continuously seek new challenges. My heart belongs to the arts — and that is why my professional journey led me through various creative fields.
I worked as a freelance dance acrobat, actress, and casting director for film and television. Later, I found another form of expression in painting — a way to give shape to what moves me. Creating and shaping remain powerful expressions of my personality to this day. Raising my two wonderful children is also, in every sense, a creative process for me — in the way we relate, think, and shape our shared life.
All of these roles have one thing in common: the human being.
Expression. Emotion. Story. Development.
Whether on stage, in front of the camera, behind the scenes, or on canvas — it has always been about identity, presence, and authenticity. About making the inner world visible.
Art has always been my way of understanding people. Creativity is a powerful tool that allows us to enter a state of flow. It brings us back to our core — into stillness, and therefore back to ourselves. It does not matter whether this happens in nature, in the studio, on stage, or at home.
Systemic Mentoring & Coaching is the conscious continuation of this path for me — a space where the inner world can become visible and gently reorganize itself.
